Hill Tech is an emerging leader in LED power supply technology. Our LED Drivers are actually a special type of power supply used to supply power and control LEDs. We have a complete line of DC/DC and AC/DC drivers for indoor and outdoor class II applications. Our goal is to simplify your design process by offering cost effective, feature rich, modular DC/DC and AC/DC LED Drivers.

When choosing to power your LEDs, it is important to understand that not all drivers are created equal. Our drivers offer high electrical efficiency using SMPS and PFC designs. Wasting power supplied to the LED array by using an inefficient driver defeats one of the main advantages of implementing LED lighting, which is higher efficiency.

The cost and complexity of our drivers are slightly higher than simple diode/resistor or rectifier designs, but offer advantages in terms of increased LED life, lower power consumption, a potentially smaller design (not needing a heat sink), and greater ability to control power to the LEDs.

Less energy provided to the LED Driver means you can further reduce the overall cost of energy for the amount of light you get.

Constant Voltage LED Drivers

Constant Voltage LED Drivers can accurately provide a constant current level through the LEDs. With constant voltage design, when LEDs are driven in a parallel circuit and one or more LEDs fail, the remaining LEDs are supplied too much current causing them to also fail. Constant Voltage LED Driver tend to offer high efficiency and superior current balance to each branch, provide better control over the evenness and brightness of the LEDs, and generally provide a longer lifetime. These range in size from 30 watt to 240 watts.

AC-DC outdoor Class II LED Drivers

Our Class II LED power supplies are designed for outdoor lighting, which requires safe DC power for any LED lighting application, wet or dry. The LED Driver is completely encased in a thermally conductive and low expansion coefficient potting compound that completely shuts out the elements.

90 Watt Constant Voltage LED Driver

We offer one of the best thermal load guarantees in the industry; full load at 70°C in dry, damp, or wet conditions. The DC output and AC input are available with two wiring configurations with or without wiring chambers, and are available in single, dual, and quad DC output channels to cover any customer wiring expectations.

Family certifications include UL1310 wet, IP65 for European use, and are listed UL879 (SAM) for UL hassle-free solutions for LED Driver sign requirements.

277VAC Input

277 LED driver

Input range on these drivers is extended from 90 to 277 VAC. They come with the same thermal load guarantee: full load at 70°C in dry, damp, or wet conditions. The DC output and AC input are available with two wiring configurations with or without wiring chambers.

Constant Current LED Drivers

Our constant current drivers are highly efficient switch mode power supply designs which implement PFC, power factor correction technology for low power usage, and lower energy cost. They range in size from 1 watt to 100 watts. Our drivers supply the same amount of current for over a given output voltage range and specified input voltage range.

AC-DC indoor LED Drivers
	These are Constant Current Drivers with universal input and include input to output isolation. Other features include: Over Current, Over Voltage, Short Circuit Protection, High Efficiency, and Power Factor Correction.
